Great place for quick and tasty sushi. We stop before symphony concerts all the time. Very convenient and lots of variety.

Get this place for lunch a lot!! They have a really good variety and often have a lot of BOGO. Their smoothies and carrot sushi and inari are so good

Came here for the fresh fruit smoothies and it did not disappoint! Got the mango and it was fresh, came quickly and was in a large cup. You can also order a mix of flavors like mango pineapple! A little pricy about $8 for a smoothie but also because it's near Millenium park so probably aimed at tourists.

I was actually really impressed by Okasa Sushi & Fresh Fruit Smoothies, coming from Los Angeles I'm pretty picky about my sushi. It's a small counter service place with limited seating, but big flavors! I got the chirashi don, which came with generous portions of fresh fish, delicious rice (the most important thing??), and miso soup for about $18. Also got the mango lychee smoothie, also super fresh and delicious. Definitely recommend! .

There was a BOGO ubereats deal which I loved. Sushi was solid, although slightly warm (there was raw fish).

Weekend getaway to Chicago. We stayed downtown at Hilton Chicago. This place was a 5 min walk from our Hotel and it was such a wonderful surprised. Resturant has a fast food vibe, Located on the corner. Staff super friendly ! Surprisingly the seafood quality is top notch for the price ! Nigiri sushi was plump, fresh, sweet had no fishy smell or taste ! Rolls had a good balance of rice to fish. They're very generous with their cuts! Hand Rolls were great! It was filled from top to bottom, none of that sneaky stuff you get sometimes only seeing it filled at the top and half way through you only get rice! Everything we ordered was delicious! We also got the fresh cut watermelon smoothie! Very refreshing and sweet! For Price for the quantity this place is a gem !

And if you have a simultaneous craving for some sushi, that'll make things tough! This is where Osaka Sushi Express makes things easy! They offer a satisfying selection of sushi and drinks and pack it to go! If you happen to stop on in, the first thing you will notice is their menu. It is organized a bit differently but it will offer you a little more variety to eat in one sitting (if you happen to be ordering one of their lunch boxes). In my experience the wait for the sushi is average but the quality of the sushi exceeded my expectations. I ordered a lunchbox, two hand rolls and an iced original milk tea. I really enjoyed the milk tea as it was not overly sweet yet not watered down either. It was sweet enough to enjoy. Both hand rolls, the spicy salmon and the spicy octopus were satisfying; the miso soup, on par! The sushi here is definitely better than the grab and go sushi you can purchase at an H-Mart or other similar grocery store. Moreover, Osaka packages your order nicely which gives you the option to take it to go or eat in. Last but not least, the cleanliness level here was great (including the restroom), and there was plenty of hand sanitizer available to use. Tips: (1) This place is located on the corner next door to the Dunkin Donuts. (2) If you happen feel like you were given the wrong item for your order, double check what you actually ordered by looking at the receipt while comparing it with the menu. They are pretty darn accurate filling customer's orders here.
